GT BiomeScilt driverless technology is a patented technology that converts an alternating current supply to a direct current for powering a plurality of Light Emitting Diodes. This technology, comprising a plurality of LEDs coupled in series between an output of the light module and the full wave rectifier, is applicable to various LED lighting modules.
Our Driverless technology provides the ultimate solution to the heat dissipation management and enables LED tubes, bulbs, and light modules to light up without AC / DC transformer (Drivers) and produce almost no heat.
Illumination devices, systems and methods that convert an alternating current (AC) supply to a direct current (DC) for powering a plurality of light emitting diodes (LED). An illumination device comprises a full wave rectifier for converting the AC supply into a direct current (DC). A current limiting diode module, comprising at least two current limiting diodes coupled in parallel, is coupled in series to an output of the full wave rectifier and a light emitting diode module comparing a plurality of LEDs is coupled in series between an output of the current limiting diode module and the full wave rectifier.

Our light module does not need an additional transformer or driver, this is absolutely unique in the market, and the competition has not developed anything comparable. Driverless T8 tube, named Centum, a VDE certified product, has been launched with 100 lumen per watt light efficiency now available in Europe. Silent, flicker-free and low maintenance are the strength of the Centum lamp, and the ideal solution for commercial and industrial land and facilities such as schools, hospitals and parking garages. Optimization of future LED technology with driverless Centum T8 LED Tube succeeds the existing LED technology significantly further. The new tubes for the first time do not have AC / DC converter. The lamp has hardly any heat, thus reducing the energy loss, and power consumption drops. The tubes are applicable to all existing standard sockets.
